RLS Role Default

Is there a means in Power BI security of adding all users to a specific role, or (even better) adding all users that are not specifically in another role?

What I would like is to be able to share the report with other users without maintaining a list of the users. The RLS would be implemented by their USERPRINCIPALNAME() domain portion. So I have a table SEC that reads

ID   Domains
a1   abc1.com
a1   xyz1.com
c9   abc1.com

and my table filter DAX reads

[Product ID] IN
CALCULATETABLE( VALUES( SEC[ID] ), SEC[Domains] = MID( userprincipalname(), FIND( "@", userprincipalname(),, 0 ) + 1, 99) )

and all of this works fine when I test 'View as' with joe@xyz1.com only being able to see product a1.

What I want is for every user to end up in the role automatically. Is there an ALL_REGISTERED_USERS group or some other catch-all that I can avail of instead of having to maintain user groups manually?

All of those principles are already implemented, and neither them nor yourself have addressed the question. (My implementation is actually closer to this later post of Reza's.) In all of the examples, you need to manually assign users via Power BI Security. The same question as mine in asked in one post's comments and the circular answer is to add everyone to a group.

To iterate: can you automatically assign all users to a role?
