REFRESH SERVICE WHEN BLOB FILE IS UPDATE

Hi, 

i need to create a flow to update the service so when i save a file on the blob storage(my trigger) to update the same file on the service. is it possible? do you know the way to do it or another way to do it? 

my procedure 

load the file in blob storage-->> next load the file to te service -->>the embedded read the file.

now what i need  is that when i made some changes to the file (is already in the service) only need to save in blob and trigger the refresh in the services

What you could do in your flow is to use the REFRESH REST API to refresh your dataset as part of your flow in Power Automate?
