R Visual Error When Publish Report Onto Power BI Service (i.e. on app.pwerbi.com)

I have create a machine learning model using azure machine learning service and deployed it as n web service API.

Now I am consuming the API inside the powerBI dashboard to get the prediction from the model in real time.

I am able to connect using my local powerBI desktop version but once I upload that into powerBI service it gives me the following error : 

Error in Curl :: curl_fecth_memory(url,handle=handle):Could not resolve host {....url link}.

I serached and found this error has to do something with proxy but not sure how to solve this in context of powerBI
