I have R scatter plots (using ggplot2) that look great (and correct) in Power BI desktop but looks wrong when published to Power BI service. Below are snapshots. Thank you for your time and help.

How about use power bi visual scatter chart instead?

The Power BI scatter plot visual is limited. I can't use it for overlay scatter plots.
I have three columns (Y1,Y2 ~ X) that i want to plot. I'm not sure if there is way to achieve that using Power BI scatter plot visual
