Quick Insights and Dashboard not available

OK, I have two PBIX files with the same data sources, a folder, an Excel file and a CSV. I am using the DIAD stuff. With the file that I built, when I upload it it to the Service using Get Data | Local File and choose my PBIX file, it creates the dataset and report but not a dashboard and Quick Insights is not available. When I use the pre-built PBIX file, DIAD-Report Final.pbix, it creates the dataset, report AND dashboard and Quick Insights IS available. Can someone explain this?

I'm also not so sure for this.(I try to import my pbix file and got the similar result as yours)
I think maybe someone has built sample dashboard on this file. So it will auto analysis and load sample content when you to import pbix file.(similar as content pack)

BTW, you can also post this to DIAD forum to confirm this.
