Questions on new feature of Deployment pipelines

Hello All

While reading about deployment pipelines on following link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/deployment-pipelines-process, it says "During this time, you can navigate to other pages in the Power BI portal, but you cannot use the content in the target stage."

Does this mean that while my content is being deployed from test to production, my production reports will be inaccessible?

Any inputs?

To add some more input:

The content from within the pipeline will be inaccesbile during the deployment.

However, you can reach that content through regular WS page or through an App, and end users can use the content at all times, there's no downtime during deployment.

Yes , the report of target stage will be inaccessible, when your content form current stage to the target stage. You may find no items can be showed during the deploying time. Applies the configured dataset rules and deploying content may take some time. After deploying , you may click the  items links of target stage to see details.
