I have two SharePoint Lists as follows (cut down for simplicity)
Documents
DocID DocName ProjID 1 My.xls GML 2 Your.xls GML 3 any.xls GML 4 freds.xls GML
5 bills.xls FBS
SentItems
Company DocID ProjID XYZ Scaff 1 GML ABC Scaff 2 GML ABC Scaff 1 GML
SentItems shows which documents from the entire document register have been distributed to which company. My challenge is to find out which documents have not been sent to which company. So for the data in my example, I would want to see
Company ProjID DocName XYZ Scaff GML Your.xls XYZ Scaff GML any.xls XYZ Scaff GML freds.xls XYZ Scaff FBS bills.xls ABC Scaff GML any.xls ABC Scaff GML freds.xls ABC Scaff FBS bills.xls
I have tried everything I can think of, but I cannot for the life of me work out how to do this. Any help appreciated.
@Anonymous ,
"SentItems shows which documents from the entire document register have been distributed to which company. My challenge is to find out which documents have not been sent to which company. "
<--- Could you clarify the logic of achieving the expected table?

@v-yuta-msft Of course. Part of our business relies on us ensuring that the subcontractors that work for us have all of the relevant documents they need. We have multiple subcontractors submitting documents to a common data environment, and it's our responsibility to make sure they are distributed to the correct providers. There may be 10's of thousands of documents deposited and whilst we can see which documents have been sent to which subcontractors, we currently don't have a simple way of seeing who has not been sent which documents.
Hope that's clear.
