Q&A results in embedded differs from the service and Q&A visual

The same question shows different results in the Service and Embedded environments. The Embedded Q&A visual shows the third option of questions, sometimes it can equal to the Service environment's one (see pictures below). How can I fix this problem? The matrix in Embedded Q&A is useless whereas Service in Embedded Q&A visual are really OK.

The other problem here is that data differs for different environments (see the 2nd block of pictures below).

Whether you can confirm that the datasets used in different environments are exactly the same?  It sounds like you are using the same Question in different environments. Maybe you can try to create the Q & A in Desktop first and then publish to Service, see if the results of this Q & A will change.

If not your case, I would like to suggest you create a support ticket to investigate the issue. Once you create a support ticket, please share the same here for reference.

@v-joesh-msft sure, they are the same. It would be strange if I've been waiting for the same results for different datasets.

What you mean saying "try to create the Q & A in Desktop first"? I did it and compared with the other results - I created a Q&A visual and published it into Service, I used Q&A in my dashboard in the Service and I embedded Q&A that is used in the dashboard.
