Q&A not working

Dear all,

 

When I click on the Q&A button in the dashboard I only get a white screen. I can't click, do or write anything in it. The only thing I can do is press on the exit button. I'm using Chrome btw. Does someone have a solution for this?

Can you let me know how it is solved?  I am having the same issue a year later.

Came here to say this. I tested this on a dashboard using direct connection through gateway to SSAS. There is a message at the bottom :

Yes I've got the message. So what do you think I have to do? 

Not sure if we can do anything. I have reported this as an issue here : https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/Dashboard-Q-amp-A-doesn-t-work-in-Service/idi-p/617788#M3848...

2. Is the report in app.powerbi.com?

The same thing is happening to me and its always been fine before. Im in Google Chrome
