Q&A not working in power bi service

Q&A not working in power BI SERVICES

not able to filter in Q&A have any solution for this please advise me .Kindly fine below screenshot

Please have a look at limitations about Q&A.For live connections, the Q&A feature is currently not supported in Report view both in Power BI Service and Power BI Desktop.If it is not your case,you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
