Python Script in my Power BI Report causes it to be treated as a Python Data Source

I have sourced my data from Azure and on prem SQL server, I then create a third blank table source and adjust the query editor to reference the tables I have already queryed. When I publish this report to the Power BI service, I receive the below errors.

Can anyone understand why my python scripts are being treated as a data source instead of just running the script?
