Publishing report to premium workspace as Pro User

Hi guys,

I have a Premium per User (PPU) licence, with a premium worspace. My colleague has a Pro Licence, but when he tries to publish a report to the premium worspace, he gets an error 

I have also made him ADMIN of the workspace, but still not able to publish.

Can a Pro user publish to a premium workspace?

As your workspace is Premium Per User thus all the user accessing the workspace need Premium Per User
that is why the user with only Pro liacense will not be able to publish reports to Premium Per User Workspace.
