This morning I came into work and no matter what I publish for refresh, it just hangs or I get an error saying that the file has bene updated, but that I need to manually refresh the dataset in the service.
When I go to manually refresh in the service to click refresh nothing happens. I've logged in and out, restarted, etc. The only way it works is if I delete the whole file and then re-publish. However, I cannot do that for 2-3 files as I have over 200 users with row-level security I'd have to remap!
I don't see any service issues and not sure what could be causing this as the automated refreshes just worked 4-5 hours ago.
