Say I publish a data flow. Connect it to a pbix and create a dataset and then publish this. I then set them to trigger dataflow then data set. I own them both. They are against my account.
What happes when i change my account password? This happens pretty regulary and Im thinking. Surely you dont have to go through all your Power BI Objects updating everything do you?

No. The permissions are saved with an OATH token. They do eventually expire, and you will get an email alert on this, but they are months out, not every time you change your password.
