Published report and Dashboard disconnect Bug

Hi, my dashboard is adding extra visuals  to my graphs like a secondary axis after I have turned off and updated the report and the dashboard app. This issue is not occurring on just one dashboard for me. I am wondering if this is a bug?

Hi yes I have pasted a screenshot below to help quantify the issue. The following data is fictional to highlight the issue. We continue to have this issue where a secondary axis is somehow turned on down the road after being published for a hot second. It is not the same graph every time either. @v-diye-msft Secondary Axis graph issue.jpg
