Publish to web only works with repots made in Service

Hello everyone,

I have a weid problem.
I have 4 reports.. 2 made in Service and 2 made in Desktop, both using the same data ( from sql-server)
Now im trying to publish all of them to web, but the button to do this only appears for the reports made in service.
With the reports made in Desktop the button doesnt show.

I think i should elaborate.
They are alreading in my app.powerbi online enviroment.
Im trying to generate a html / web link so i can publish it elsewhere

The problem had to do with Row-level security.
I'll accept this as solution then

Ah, that actually makes sense, RLS can't be enforced via Publish to Web because it is anonymous. Glad you followed up. Thanks for the insights!

Hmm, I am not seeing that in my environment. Maybe a temporary thing? Are you using import or Direct Query with SQL Server?

Using import.
Also i should have all administrator rights for it
