Publish to web: error message "This content isn't available. Lean more about Power BI"

I have created a simple dashboard and I publish it on the web. I received a link and when I open it in an incognito chrome browser page, I have the error message "This content isn't available. Leanr more about Power BI".

I have a PowerBI Pro trial license.

Do you know why I have this error message?

I have tried with different reports and I have always the same link. Is it normal?

I have searched on the forum but none of the answers seems to be ok.

Thank you for your reply.

Hi Paul,

I am encountering the same problem and need to solve this ASAP. Have you figured it out?

I look forward to your reply.

Best,

HI @Anonymous ,

When you open the report in the InPrivate mode in Chrome, it will not login automatically, you will need to use the PowerBI Pro account to login the report to see the report, besides, please also check if you have opened other InPrivate windows in Chrome and login other PowerBI account, if it is, please colse this page and try again.

Best Regards,

Teige

@TeigeGao , you shouldn't have to login if truly using Publish to Web. Publish to Web is anonymous. For example, this Publish to Web link works perfectly fine in Chrome in incognito mode:

Hi @Greg_Deckler ,

I did a test with a basic report (only a text field). Each time I publish to the web, it generates the same link:

https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=eyJrIjoiZGFjNzUwZWQtMDI0Ni00NzViLTkxY2ItMDJmMzk0ODVlNTljIiwidCI6IjIzY...

I made a video to show what I did: https://youtu.be/-TXelf-A1aM

Do you know why I have this issue?

Can you share the link? Did you do anything "fancy" like use RLS or anything like that?
