Publish to web: This content isn't available

After publishing a report to web, I cannot open the report, got following message:

Power BI: This content isn't availablePower BI: This content isn't available

The url is:

https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=eyJrIjoiYjYwNDlhZTQtYTBmOS00MTNjLTllZDEtN2U0YzA4YTgyYzliIiwidCI6IjQ1M...

Any idea how to fix this?

Thanks.

Yes i do and i choose the last one (i.e publish to web(public)) for getting the link

Hi @Anonymous ,

I think we tested all possibilities (as far as I know).

May be a policy in your organization which is controlled by the O365 Admin ...but that is unfotunatly not my area.

Or someone else had an idea 😄

I am unfortunately at the end with my ideas :(.

Best,

Kathrin

Good, I have followed the post since I have the same problem, I would appreciate the author of the post to share information if he already solved it. Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous ,

ok.

Now open a new Workspace and publish the a report and publish it then to web. Share the link and I will see if it works.

Best,

Kathrin

Hello

in m side also same problem is occures plese  help me large.png

Hi @Nagendra

Maybe tomorrow your report will be fine 🙂

I feel sometimes the issue is caused by Microsoft's server.

Or you can create another very simple test report and publish it to web to check if there is the same issue.

possibly it is related to the Pro content

You can’t share dashboards that contain Power BI Pro content with external users who have a Power BI Pro trial license. They need regular Power BI Pro licenses to access those dashboards. What is Power BI Pro content?

https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-power-bi-pro-content-what-is-it/

Now the link works, no change has made to the report itself.

I guess it's a Power BI Service server side temporary faulty.

Cheers.

Hi,

Yes we are also experiencing the same error this morning and are looking for a solution ASAP.

We have published our report and taken the embed code to insert into another app - however content is not available.  Nothing has changed with the app, or the report since yesterday, however today the content is no longer available.
