Does it throw an error or just keep loading? Check if you are on the latest version of power bi desktop and there are no network issues. Also confirm that your credentials to power bi service work by loging onto powerbi.com

Alternatively instead of "push" you can "pull" the pbix via power bi service. AT the bottom of your workspace go to "get data" option. Under that select import from "files".
