I tested with pro and free accounts and all the public links are no longer open in the browser.
Before yesterday the links worked perfectly.
When I try to access the link, the page just keeps in loading but the dashboard/report does not appear. The same do for a test with a dashboard without no one visualization. The link just does not open

Same situation here. Everything was working fine until today. Now all my public links are not working.
@usr_vena Doesn't appear to be a complete Power BI Service outage as reports in the Quick Measure's Gallery are displaying. If you can, check your tenant settings and ensure that the Public embedding has not been disabled on the tenant. Otherwise, You could check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

I checked my tenant settings and the public embedding was enabled and I checked the insertion codes and all are active. Other users related the same problem in the telegram's app in the power bi community. So, I will wait for the Microsoft solution. Very thanks.

my final link fails to load the report
