I have problems since Friday September 23 to get or refresh the data on my power bi dashboard. I have attached the error on power bi.
I would like to fix this ASAP, for this reason can you let me know the steps to get a solution or check the problem.
I have already contacted xero support. This is they reply:

In addition, please also go to check if the Data source credentials are still valid.

Check that your Data gateway is online for the refresh to work.

thanks for your help. but I don't think that I need data gateway to refesh xero content pack.
I have checked my data gateway. I have read that if you use any online content pack from online data sources like in this case xero, you don't need to use gateway.
