Problem with Export Data - Semi white screen

Hi,

When i try to Export data to excel from a shared report (Shared inside the organization), the screen turns to semi-white and the pop-up box doesnt appear (ie + chrome).

How can i fix this?

I can't reproduce this issue. I just share a content pack in organization. Other users can see export "underlying data" properly from the shared report. What's the data source of this report? How many rows in this visual?

The data source is excel, and it is just about 1000 rows.
