Pro VS Consumer in Premium environment

Hi, We are plannin gon moving from Pro type of licensing with 1000 users to Premium with may  be 300 Pro and rest of them consumers. It is going to be a task to convince users with 1 dashboard floting aroung to go away with the license.  I am trying to get a consolidated list of comparision of features/functions betwen a licensed Pro user and a consumer to communicate to all users and not miss any point.

I have found documents that would explain but not list out exactly all features/functions users will go away with when the are converted to consumers.
