Printing reports form Power BI

Hi,

I have a background to the page and a map, For some reason, when I print the report, the preview is all messed up.
When i print the dasboard the logo is white. Looks like it doesn't support .png file types.

Did anyone else run into this issue

Hi @drallam,

According to my test, it seems there is no problem. Could you please check these thing below?

1. Could you please post a snapshot of the bad result?

2. Which map did you use?

3. The logo is white, how about the other part of the dashboard?

4. Please have look at the picture below. Printing reports form Power BI.jpg

here you go. The White box is a logo. As you can see there is a page background. And the page on the left is is covered with a map. I used the normal bing maps and loaded the zipcodes.

Hi @drallam,

I can't open the picture. It's too small. Could you please post a new one?

BTW, How does it look like in the print preview?

Best Regards!

Hi @drallam,

I ran into some documents today, maybe they are helpful.

1. How did you add the logo? powerbi-service-add-a-widget-to-a-dashboard

>>>Add an image

Say you want your company logo on your dashboard, or some other image. You'll need to save the image file online and link to it. Make sure special credentials aren't required to access the image file.

2. Did you use a large image as background?

3. Maybe there is no need for a map to have background.

Best Regards!

Dale
