Print problem in Power BI Online

Hi,

I'm using the option "Print this page" within Power BI Online and having some issues since last week.

The print to PDF is adding black borders around some images and tables.

Example of back lines around the arrow image:

Hi @v-henryk-mstf ,

I'm using the "Print to pdf", not the Export.

It appears to be an issue: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Thin-lines-appearing-within-PDF-export-of-report/m-p/212713...

Hi @AntonioCoelho ,

For your description, powerbi export to PDF has some limitations that prevent it from presenting the exact same display results as the original visuals. Such as below:

  • When you export to PDF with reports that contain a background image, you might see a distorted image in the export if you use the Normal or Fill options for the Page Background. For best results, use the Fit option to avoid issues with your exported document.
  • When exporting to PDF, we cannot guarantee pixel perfect fidelity for PBIX reports.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.

Best Regards,
Henry
