Prevent users from creating workspaces

Is there any way to prevent users (with pro licenses) from creating workspaces? I'd like to limit the number of workspaces available in Power BI to only those created and managed by IT.

Update: This does not appear to be an option, but there is an open idea on this subject:

According to your description, you want to disable creating group for the users in your organization. Right?

Currently, Power BI group creation in Power BI is now controlled by the group creation in Exchange Online. You can use PowerShell script to disable it on Office 365. See: PREVENT USERS FROM CREATING GROUPS IN OFFICE 365.

Regards,

I dont mean to revive an old thread but I came across this while searching for an answer myself

I believe Microsoft has now enabled a feature to allow/disallow Workspace creations for specific groups

To the best of my knowledge, there is no tenant setting for that. Might make a good Idea.
