Premium - "database folder already exists"??

The operation cannot be executed since the database folder '\\?\D:\SvcFab\_App\analysisserver.backendapptype_App4070\work\1632\AS\Data\a31e66ea-17aa-47f7-bb44-d717bf6ebe94\b9d3f24d-94ba-4416-97bf-69d514435eaa.0.db' for the database with the name of 'b9d3f24d-94ba-4416-97bf-69d514435eaa', ID of 'b9d3f24d-94ba-4416-97bf-69d514435eaa' already exists.

Hi,

We are getting the above error message on all dataset refreshes in a Premium workspace, no changes have been made to that workspace in at least a week.  Other premium workspaces in the same tenant are absolutely fine.

Please help!

I cannot connect to the workspace via Tabular Editor or SSMS at all!

Appreciate the help and links, however as this is held in Power BI Premium - we dont have access to the folders / databases to either re-attach or investigate the problem!

This is also a result of nothing that has been done at our end, a scheduled refresh that was working fine has now stopped because of this issue and the whole dataset is not available
