Premium Per User License but enforced Pro Trial

Hi,

I am a member of a PPU workspace (my account is on a separate Azure domain to the tenant, but with workspace admin rights), with the appropriate PPU license. However, on the 1st September, myself and all other non-admin members on my Azure domain have been forced to accept a Pro trial to access the content, despite all having PPU licences. The tenant has not changed the workspace requirements, as they all operate at PPU level as well.

Is there any guidance on how to solve this issue?

This issue has been solved - if a PowerBI Free account is also allocated to the user then for some reason this overrides any Premium/Pro subscription they may have.

By removing the Free subscription from the users Office account the paid for subscription takes priority and functionality is restored.

This is obviously a bug in the Office subscription system which Microsoft should resolve.

Hi @Anonymous

Please check whether your PPU license expires .You can ask IT manager or the people with Global admin license or Billing admin license to check your license . If it has expired, go to the Microsoft 365 admin center to re-order.

The link below is to introduce the relationship and diff between PPU ,Pro and Premium per capacity .

No, this has not solved the issue.

I 100% have a valid PPU license, but when I log into the service it believes I only have a Free license. It seems as though the Free license is ranked higher than PPU and is overriding it:
