Premium Gen2: Recurrently getting "Your data gateway is offline or couldn't be reached." failures

I am getting several model refresh errors ever since migrating to Gen2.

My gateway is an enterprise gateway, newest edition.   It is 'on', I've tested all connections and they are fine, and the gateway service on our server is 'green'.

However, I still get recurrent issues on diffent data models stating '"Your data gateway is offline or couldn't be reached."

Has anyone experienced similar - and what was your remedy?  I am on a P1 sku.

Hi @jasonlosser

1 If a gateway uses a wireless network, its performance might suffer.

2 The same problem is solved here.

You can check if the personal gateway is selected in the dataset settings, but the personal gateway is not online.

3 It is also possible that the gateway is in a spooling state, which is due to the way the gateway works.
