Has anyone else encountered this? I'm getting a refresh timeout error with the Premium Gen 2 Capacity Utilization Metrics app:
The refresh operation failed because it took more than 120 minutes to complete. Consider reducing the size of your dataset or breaking it up into smaller datasets.
I'm only trying to get 7 days of metrics. I'm going to move the Workspace into Premium--but then the refresh of the app will go against my consumption quota too.
UPDATE: Just viewing the utilization metrics app is exceeding my capacity
Yes we get this as well.

Hi @jeffshieldsdev ,
According to the error message given: Consider reducing the size of your dataset or breaking it up into smaller datasets.
workaround1:
You can refer to the suggestions on reducing the data model given in the following blog:[DataModeling] 5 tips de reducción de tamaño de... | LaDataWeb
workaround2:
If your web page data is stored in a JSON file, maybe you can try to use Json.Document(Web.Contents()) to get the data. This enables faster data loading.

This is the Power BI Premium Gen2 Metrics App, so I can't change the model or use a different connector.

Hi @jeffshieldsdev ,
Check whether the application used is the latest version, if not, search for the advanced capacity indicator application again in the APP and install the latest application, and then refresh the data set to view the refresh result.
There is an up-to-date blog that can also be used as a reference:Premium Gen2 utilization analysis app now available
