Premium Capacity Utilization And Metrics Template App Broken

Hi, I'm a capacity admin and have been using the Premium Capacity Utilization And Metrics Template app since the capacity got converted to Gen 2.  I stupidly upgraded the App when prompted and now it does not work.  There was a second quick update to version 1015 (30th Sept 2022) but it's still broken.  The error is "There was an error when processing the data in the dataset".

Has anyone found a way to fix this (maybe with the connection details) or if not is there a way to revert to the early 2022 version of the App?

Thanks, Chris

Hi, many thanks, you got me heading in the right direction talking about the Privacy Levels.

In case it's useful to anyone else with the same problem.  I had privacy levels set correctly as 'Organisational' during installation but I needed to sign in again for each data source and then refresh the App before it would work.

Thanks again,  Chris

Hi @chrisukbates

Are you using custom Premium Capacity Utilization and Metrics ?

As mentioned in the error message, you need to check the level privacy settings of you datasource before publishing the report to service.

Please refer to the solution in this similar thread.

AutoRemovedColumns1 is accessing data sources that have privacy levels which cannot be used together

You can also consider solving this problem by moving the query to Data Flow and using Data Flow as a source in report.
