Premium Capacity Metrics App Refresh Failed

Hi There,


The data in Premium Capacity Metrics App is not full refreshed, only ''Refreshes'' is working well. Query durations, datasets and query waits is blank for few weeks.


Can you please advise?

It’s my pleasure to answer for you.

According to your description,I think you can check whether your refresh time is the latest and then refresh dataset. You can also search for Premium Capacity Metrics App in the APP again and install the latest.

Thanks Janey, yes I did download the latest version, it still not working. I am assuming it is because we use the Capacity Gen 2 which is not supported

After downloading the new version, you still have to refresh it manually in the report, otherwise the simulation of sample data is used.
