Premium: Can you download a model from premium as a PBIX file?

I'm trying to better understand how Premium works, and how to move out of Premium if we find it doesn't meet our needs.

After deploying a model into Premium, is it possible to download it as a PBIX file (like you can download from the normal PBI service)?

If you are referring to a workspace configured with premium capacity, then Yes, there is no difference in how this is done

Premium capacity is shared dedicated capacity for any workspace you have assigned to it, versus a purely shared capacity with anyone else's workspace that Microsoft decides to combine together
