PowerPoint Slide is to large

When I export my repot to a powerpoint, the size is coming out 18MB. I lowered the resolution of my images by 70% and then the powerpoint came out even larger, 20MB.

I removed all images from my report, and the file comes out under 1MB.

Any ideas on why the file is so large.

Also, is it normal to take 3-5 minutes to export to a POwerPoint

Thanks

Hi there

I think the size is because it is rendering the images from your reports into PowerPoint.

What if you try and export to PDF?

Yes it will take some time to export, because there is a whole lot of work that happens behind the scenes to actually run the reports, create an image and then export to PowerPoint.
