@Vbevan  - Please check the if it is the same file that is lined to the Powert BI report. Go to the Data source settings and check the URL.

2. Check in the Power Query editor step-by-step and make sure the new data is not being deleted or fiultered out in the import process.

3. Lastly, check if you have any report or page level filters that are affecting the data displayed in the reports.

Hi @Vbevan

Are you using a gateway? If you want to refresh the local data source on the service, you need to install the gateway on your server and configure the data source for the gateway in the power bi service.

The gateway can be downloaded from this link: Install an on-premises data gateway | Microsoft Docs

The configuration process of the gateway data source please refer this doc: Add or remove a gateway data source - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
