PowerBi Goals Users are unable to create new goals

Hi, 

I understand that securities are not fully implemented and more granularity will be deployed in future releases, but we just want to test with the existing functionality!

I've created a premium workspace and have added  a scorecard to it.
I've sent a link with build access to the scorecard. But users are not able to create new goals.

What am I missing?

Hi, @omelo 

What's score card? A report? Does the user have a pro license?otherwise he can't edit it. Did you give him the build permission when sharing the link?

What I was missing was  sharing the premium workspace with contribute access.
