PowerBI service report access without being a member of the workspace

Hi I published a report into the workspace and tried to shared the rerport with end useres, it seems that end users need to be memeber of the workspace. is that a new thing ?

How about publish the workspace as an app? Please refer to the following docement for further information.

Hi thanks for the reply, they cannot load the visuals for some reasons

@amalrio It could be due to Row Level Security. Can you check if there is RLS implemented on that report. Then you have to add users to corresponding roles as well.

I'm able to share the report with people who are not part of the workspace. Are you getting any errors? Can you share the snapshot of the same?
