The visuals in my PowerBI report was updating after the scheduled refresh. Now the report in my PowerBI service shows that the data is updated but the visuals do not show updated data. Has anyone come across this issue? What is the solution if you have addressed this problem? I am using Chrome Browser.

Hi @RS_123 ,
You can check if the report is updated form option below. Please make sure the underlying data that relates to the issue report has be changed in data source, or check if the measure or calculated column in the report has the same value effect before updating .

Hello,
I think I have a similar problem, and the marked solution is not clear to me if it works in my case or not.
My report is connected to an excel file, in sharepoint/onedrive, the connection was via the "web" option. After publishing, it all looks great until...
I add some test data to the excel file. It saves and everything properly. I manually trigger the refresh of the semantic model in PowerBI, it succeeds with a new timestamp and the same timestamp for refresh is applied to the report. However, the visual (just a table in this case) does not update. Only after clicking "refresh visuals" in the top right corner does the visual update, reflecting the already successfully updated model.
Your help is appreciated!
