PowerBI report keeps loading for certain users

Hi,

For some users a report in the PowerBI Service keeps on loading, see screenshot.

There is no difference opening the report from the workspace or from the app.

When I log on to the service on the same machine with my own account there is no problem. The data is displayed within a second:

I have tried the following, all to no avail:

- logging on to service on other machine (again with the user's account and my own account).

- removing user from workspace and adding the user again.

- republishing report.

I have exactly the same permissions on the report and dataset as the user.

The user does NOT have a problem opening another PowerBI report, based on a different dataset.

So this problem really is user and report/dataset dependend and occurs since yesterday (14-07-2021).

Does anyone have an idea where to look next?

Hi,  @Turnbull65

Which connnection mode you are using, importing data or directquery?

Does the user‘s account and your account belong to the same tenant?

Is there any error message in the powerbi refresh history?

Best Regards,

- The connection mode is import.

- both accounts belong to the same tenant.

- there was no error in the powerbi refresh history.

The problem seems to have "solved" itself. The reports are being loaded properly and timely.

But thank you for your support!
