This workbook is a copy of another one that is already in PowerBI. The difference between both copies is that the new one (the one with the issue) is connected to an Azure SQL database while the original one (the one tha was already on PowerBI) is connected to a SQL Server instance hosted in a VM within Azure.
We have reviewed the connection string of the affected spreadsheet and it is similar to other reports that we have created before for other clients in other subscriptions. We cannot see any difference (other than server name and credentials.
In this case, as we are connecting to an Azure SQL database there is no need of Datagateway.
Any help will be appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Ben

Hi @v-qiuyu-msft,
Thanks for your answer. This is the first time I had this issue. I just tried this morning and it worked as expected. It may have been caused by a temporary issue in the service. We experienced other issues with Yammer yesterday as well. Not sure if they may have been related.
In any case, it seems to be solved.
Thanks again.
Regards,
Ben
