PowerBI Snapshot and auto email trigger for B2B and B2C users??

How can I share custome report pages in mail for my B2B users? existing functionality send the report but not all the pages and it is limited to domain users having powerbi licenses only what if I need to do this for B2B users and B2C users the existing auto trigger mail functionality do not works, what are the other possible ways to solve this, will using the powerbi embedded capacity solve any of the problem?

The only way I could think of this is to use Power Automate to send it to a domain user, and then from there you could forward it onto B2C customers?
