PowerBI Services Page display

Hi,

After publishing my report. I get so much waste Grey area (Screenshot with Yellow color) on my Header place. How to fix this issue. currently my page is Fit to width alignment setting. I do change to all Fit to hight and so on. No luck.

 

Can some one help me on this?

Hi @Anonymous ,

The previous response is correct, you need to consider that recipients will be viewing your report on different sized and ratio screens.  But, for yourself, you can always resize your browser window.  First, ensure that your browser isn't fullscreen. Then, drag the edges until the report displays without grey space.  Another option is to change the page display to "Actual size" and then drag your browser edges until you don't need scrollbars, and the grey space is gone.

While you can modify the page dimensions in Power BI Desktop when you create your report, that practice is highly discouraged as you have no control over the monitor hardware (espacially the aspect ratio) that your users use to view your reports.  For example this page looks different on an ultra wide screen.
