Anyone experience a problem being able to setup an enterprise gateway on a premium workspace when you pbix file contains a mixture of on prem datasources (Teradata and MSSQL in my case)? I am able to see the enterprise gateway configuration option when I only have my Terradata datasource in the pbix file or my MSSQL datasource in the pbix file.
Once i have both in the pbix file and I publish it to the Premium Workspace and attempt to setup up the gateway it isnt available for me.
Hi @msgeorgie ,
After testing, my sample also works fine. You could reference the way that rgnanaprkaash suggested. And if the version of gateway is not 3000.31.3, please install the latest one.
If it still can't work, you could try to create a support ticket to get the dedicated support.
Best Regards,
Xue Ding

Hi @msgeorgie
I tested this combo and i don't have any issues.
Please make sure your account is added as user to the data source connection created on the on-premise gateway. If this is already done, then it could be a transient issue. Try re-publishing the report to the service and see if that works.
