PowerBI Service IP ranges North Europe

Hi,

We are connecting to a azure SQL database with PowerBI dataflows, our PowerBI is in North Europe and for editing the dataflow I whitelisted the IP's for PowerQueryOnline in the North Europe region from this file: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=56519

For scheduling the refreshes we also need to whitelist the PowerBI ip's, there are 352 ip ranges for PowerBI in the azure IP ranges json, are these also available for only the North Europe region?
