PowerBI Robots vs Premium to Automate Export to PDF

Good day,

I have been battling to Automate Export to PDF, trying to get 1 Premium license to trial a user but i think it only works per tenant.

I am now thinking of purchasing 1 PowerBI Robots license to do these automated export to pdf pbi reports, 

I would like to include the link to pbi in body email with pdf

Please share knowledge of the PBI Robots experience?

Is it worth it (R17,000 ZAR), can it be scheduled and do more than just export to pdf and email?
