Hi..We are getting error when trying to open power bi reports in dynamic365 window App..it is showing authentication wasn't successful.. Please help me on this to fix it.
I think this is because the account signed in to dynamics365 does not have a Power BI licence associated with it.
If you don't have a Premium Capacity licence the users will need Pro or Premium Per User licences to view the Power BI reports. If you have a Premium Capacity licence the users can use a Free Power BI licence, but in all cases the licence needs to be associated with the dynamics365 user account.

Hi Burningsuit Thanks for the reply..But users have already pro licence and he is able to see power bi reports on dynamic 365 web browser but not on dynamic 365 window app on there deskop.

Please recheck if the user account is granted access permission in PowerBI Workspace.
