PowerBI Report custom design options

We are working some different kind of PowerBI reports, where i seek options to prepare reports in PowerPoint style. This includes placement of mulitple design elements like squares, text boxes and other chart elements. But working with them is bit difficult, since there are currently very limited design and alignment options, like bring-to-front, or align-left or for that matter, selecting BROWN color in the color pallette (although we can create a new one using color codes). Having support for such features would help creating more intutive reports.
