Hi all,
I have create multiple reports in a workspace and uploaded all of them in the App.
Now I would like to have specific non-pro users to be able to see specific reports.
At which level do i set up their rights? At the report level? Does this reflect in the app?

Hi, @alevandenes
I'd like to suggest you use Row-level security with Power BI. You need to define roles and and rules in Power BI Desktop and then apply them in Power BI Service. If you publish your Power BI Desktop report to a workspace within the Power BI service, the roles will be applied to read-only members. You will need to indicate that members can only view Power BI content within the workspace settings.
For further information, please refer the official document . Do pay attention to the limitations.

Hi @v-alq-msft ,
Thank you for the quick reply. However, I think that row level security is too specific for what I am trying to accomplish.
What i would like to have is an entire report shared with person 1 and 2 and another entire report shared with person 3 - with both reports publish in same workspace and app.
Can i set the rights in Access at report level? will this still be valid at App level?
Thanks in advance 🙂
Hi, @alevandenes
Based on my knowledge, row-level-filter is based on dataset level. It is also applied to report level, and it is still valid at App level. I'd like to suggest you use RLS.
