PowerBI 4 License types in O365

Hi,

All the licesning information I've been reding so far mentions only 2 types of license, free and pro.

I just ran into an O365 Central Admin console with 4 license options

Power BI (Free)

Power BI Pro

Power BI for Office 365

Power BI for Office 365 Add-On

Would anyone happen to have some link to some documentation, or maybe some brief explanation of what the differences are?

My guess is that the bottom 3 options are all Pro in terms of functionality and just different procurement routes. Am I right, or way off?
