Hi @Robsonps ,

Why are the reports slow? You can use this article  to see the possible problems and ways to identify and deal with them.
1. Insufficient capacity resources (e.g. high total active memory, models cannot be evicted)
2. Inefficient report design (e.g. report pages contain too many visual objects)
3. Slow datasets, especially if the report has previously performed well (e.g. there is complex or inefficient computational logic)
4. High concurrent report usage (e.g. causing long query wait times, CPU saturation, etc.)

Hi, Support! Thank you for your report!

We already monitor the capacity and usability of publications, in recent days our users have complained of slow access. The same reports are under web load performance, and our monitoring is ok.

We still don't knom what is happening, just still following the access with the clients.

Hi @Robsonps ,

Will this happen to your own visits? So far, have the monitoring results been abnormal? Please refer to the

Optimization guide for Power BI.

If it still does not help, I suggest you to open a ticket here for help if you are a pro user: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
